The Santa Cruz Women of Mystery held a fun event recently--each of the 10 of us reading briefly from our fiction. We took over the wonderful space at Birichino in downtown Santa Cruz after it closed and invited family and friends. We had so much fun, we're thinking of doing it again in a bigger venue.
